How is a visit actually verified?
A lightweight GPS check confirms you’re inside a participating spot while you’re earning. There’s nothing to scan and no receipt to keep — and we only check location during an active earning session.
Why does my earning rate change?
Two clear things set it: your plan (Free, Plus, or Pro) and the spot’s tier (Bronze to Gold), plus small bonuses for your first visit of the day and trying somewhere new. It all caps at 10× — see the full breakdown on How it works.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn at one place?
Yes — there’s a sensible daily cap per spot. It rewards real routines instead of camping at one counter, which keeps things fair and keeps businesses happy to take part.
Do I have to keep the app open while I earn?
On the free plan you start a session with a tap and can watch your points climb. Paid plans add auto-earn, which handles it quietly in the background while you’re inside a participating spot.
How much can I realistically earn?
Think of it as a nice bonus on errands you’re already running — a Visa card every few weeks, not a paycheck. Higher tiers and daily streaks add up faster, but we’ll never promise unrealistic earnings.

What’s a GM Point worth?
Simple and fixed: 1,000 GM = $1, with a $5 minimum to redeem. No surge pricing and no fluctuating value — a point is always worth a point.
How fast does the card arrive?
Usually within about 24 hours. Each redemption gets a quick anti-fraud review, then your Visa virtual card is emailed to your verified inbox by Tremendous — no waiting on the mail.
Where can I spend it?
Anywhere Visa is accepted — online checkout, in-store, groceries, gas. It’s a real Visa card, so it works just like one. More on the Gift cards page.
Is there a limit to how much I can redeem?
There’s a rolling $599 per year cap per person, plus one redemption per day. For a rewards bonus on everyday errands, that’s plenty of headroom — and it keeps things tax-simple for everyone.
Why is there a wait before my first redemption?
New accounts wait 7 days before their first redemption. It’s a quiet anti-abuse measure that keeps the rewards pool fair for everyone who plays it straight.

Are you tracking my location all the time?
No. We only check your location to confirm a visit while you’re actively earning at a spot you chose. We don’t track you in the background between sessions.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your location or personal data. Businesses see aggregate visit counts and the visitors who chose to earn with them — never a sellable feed of your movements.
How do you stop people faking visits?
Earning only happens inside a location, during its open hours, with quiet checks for fake GPS and spoofed devices. Honest earners never have to compete with bots.
Is my reward and account information secure?
Yes. Payments and card issuance run through Stripe and Tremendous — SOC 2-compliant, US-regulated providers trusted by major companies for real payouts.
